The Mulberry Street Studio offers students an immersive art experience at the UNT College of Visual Arts and Design. The studio is created with children (ages 7-11) in mind where students and instructors experiment, cultivate curiosity, and explore a variety of art materials and processes -- a space of creativity and inspiration where classes are taught by UNT students supervised by UNT instructors.
Instruction will go beyond a traditional school art experience, giving students the opportunity to work on specific projects using college-level equipment and ideas. Classes will explore art materials and the creative mind through collaboration, community building, and self-exploration. The session will culminate in an exhibition for friends and family at the end of the last class.
This fall we will be running two separate seven (7) week art programs with two different days of the week for you to choose from
Saturday 11:00 am - 12:30 pm package (03/07, 03/21, 04/04, 04/11, 04/18, 04/25, & 05/2)
Monday 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm package (03/16, 03/23,03/30, 04/06, 04/13, 04/20, & 04/27)
